About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position in which you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing (2 hiring camps, 1 Financial CSR, and 1 Life Insurance Account)

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Assisting customers with a wide range of queries and issues, providing accurate information and efficient resolution
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records to ensure continuity of service
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of customer service
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related matters

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial (deal breaker for financial account) or insurance or any similar/related campaigns.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer queries and issues
  4. Proficient in the use of relevant computer systems and software.
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Fluency in English both spoken and written and must pass with an intermediate to high level of proficiency (b1-2 higher)
