Overview

This role involves designing and updating job descriptions aligned with business needs, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, and managing full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices, as well as hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources tools.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.
