Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Talent sourcing specialists play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent. In this dynamic position, you will leverage advanced technology and data to drive hiring success.

This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to implement efficient recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and optimize data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance
  • Lead optimization efforts for our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization
  • Proven expertise with ATS at a site admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into action
