Penbrothers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize its talent acquisition operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing employer brand.

This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient TA processes, managing vendor relationships, overseeing logistics, and staying updated on the latest recruitment trends and technologies. Additionally, this individual will leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. They will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies (including AI), talent intelligence, and analytics. The candidate will also have demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
