We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Talent Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Identify new business opportunities using our extensive network and market expertise.
  • Have an active role in managing candidate talent pools with accurate and high-quality data.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
Key Functions:
  • Candidate Management:
    • Establish and maintain authentic client relationships through listening, positioning relevant opportunities, and providing market insight and career advice.
    • Ensure post-placement support and management of recruitment services, including candidate satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the internal candidate consultant team to deliver capability and talent across clients.
    • Proactively identify and engage talent pools and market opportunities via social media, job boards, and other appropriate channels.
    • Manage agreed pools of talent to ensure timely turnaround.
    • Store all meeting notes, candidate information, and specific engagements in the CRM system.
    • Share relevant market intelligence and leads with consultants and the leadership team.
  • Delivery Management:
    • Support Consultants with candidate evaluation and shortlisting by completing required screening, interviewing, testing, and reference checking.
    • Ensure timely communication and set expectations with candidates before, during, and post-recruitment process.
    • Collaborate and support Consultant teams in candidate management, talent pooling, and delivery management.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
    • Ensure all candidate compliance is completed, registration of candidates is updated, and accurate data is stored in the CRM.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workplace, adhering to wider organizational Health & Safety obligations.
    • Maintain adherence to all organizational policies.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Previous experience in sales or support roles, either phone-based or face-to-face.
    • Proven administration skills in fast-paced environments.
    • Background in the recruitment industry preferred.
    • Adaptable mindset.
