Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's hybrid server/storage infrastructure and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.

This role requires a strong foundation in systems administration, with a focus on Active Directory Administration, Group Policies, Windows Servers/Services, Microsoft WSUS, Microsoft DFS, Microsoft WDS, VMWare, AWS Cloud setups, and MSSQL database management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's hybrid server/storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and implement new technologies.
  • Develop and implement server backup facilities using RAID and Clustering/Fail-Over technologies.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware and software components.
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows Enterprise and Virtualized Environments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration.
  • Extensive experience in handling Windows Enterprise and Virtualized Environments.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server hardware and software components.
