Job Title: IT Senior Operations Engineer

Are you a skilled and experienced IT professional looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our team.

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Configuration Manager infrastructure, administering enterprise software, creating and deploying Group Policy, and developing Standard Operating Environment for SCCM deployment.

You will also oversee Exchange and MS Teams platforms, focusing on policy management and capacity planning. Additionally, you will work closely with our ITIL process teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process is required, and relevant certifications such as ITIL and MCSE are highly desirable.
  • SCCM required, Intune ideal, and proficiency in process management and process improvement methodologies is necessary.

The successful candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability, with excellent time management and organizational skills. They will also be willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends when support coverage is required.
