Job Description

At ERNI, we are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining hybrid active directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies and Entra ID interfacing services, as well as its overall security hardening.

You will also design and maintain messaging platforms based on Exchange Online and AWS SES, as well as internal and external DNS infrastructure, based on Active Directory and AWS Route 53 and its overall security hardening.

Additionally, you will design, deploy and maintain enterprise PKI and its overall security hardening, as well as Entra ID and its overall IdP features.

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will participate in the transition of existing on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services and provide second and third level support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS management, deployment, hardening, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Solid knowledge of VMWare vSphere
  • Solid knowledge of PKI infrastructure, concepts and deployments
  • Solid knowledge of networking and security concepts
  • Solid understanding and practical experience of ITSM/ITIL
  • Strong skills in personal organization, prioritization, project management and complex problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present and sell her/his ideas/projects to senior stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand business pain points and propose effective solutions
