We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires expertise in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and supporting complex ICT infrastructure systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, network and firewall configuration, storage and backup solution management, and cloud services. They will also possess excellent time management skills, be able to multitask and prioritize independently, and have strong communication and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and support ICT infrastructure including firewalls, networks, Windows / Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup solutions
  • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and power maintenance across customer infrastructure
  • Deliver end-to-end infrastructure services including requirements gathering, solutioning, implementation, and post-deployment support
  • Lead or participate in infrastructure projects, including UAT and go-live support
  • Provide support and implementation for both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of incidents using the incident management tool
  • Manage IT asset inventory and software license compliance
  • Participate in and support DR/BCP testing and other IT governance activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in a System Integrator / IT services environment
  • Proven experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, Microsoft Azure / AWS services, network and firewall configuration, storage and backup solution management
  • Strong understanding of server and network fundamentals
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize independently
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₱100,000 - ₱120,000 bimonthly.
