Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure specialist to oversee the design and integration of IT systems supporting C4ISR functions, ensuring interoperability with existing maritime command infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing secure, high-availability communication networks (LAN/WAN/Satellite) for real-time operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Integration: Oversee survey, development, configuration and integration of IT and Communications systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Network Management: Design and manage implementation of secure, high-availability communication networks for real-time operations.
  • Cybersecurity: Oversee assessment and implementation of cybersecurity standards and controls.
  • Technical Support: Provide support for IT systems, communication equipment and operational procedures.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Support training of end-user personnel on systems, tools and best practices for sustained systems and operations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, end-user agencies, subcontractors and technical experts to align system development with operational requirements.
