
Property Management Professional

The Property Management Associate role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a unique blend of administrative, operational, and client-facing skills. As a key member of the Property Management Department, you will be responsible for facilitating tenant onboarding, preparing lease agreements, and managing rental insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tenant communications and lease management for both long-term and short-term rentals, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolutions.
- Develop and manage property marketing initiatives, including online listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and brochures to showcase properties and attract potential renters.
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff to maintain rental units at high standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Administer property management software, track rental performance, and respond to online reviews to foster a positive reputation and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions, maintaining transparency and compliance.
- Prior experience in property management (long-term and/or short-term rentals), hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not necessary. We are open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering excellent results.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Proficiency in property management/accounting software and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion, including social media, content creation, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with tenants, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- This full-time position requires a standard schedule (Monday to Friday) with flexibility to accommodate rotational shifts during peak/holiday seasons and occasional weekend availability for urgent property needs.
