
Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that all tenants receive excellent service and that our properties are well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions. You will also have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as marketing skills to attract new tenants.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Tenant Inquiries: Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Lease Compliance: Ensuring that all tenants comply with the terms of their leases
- Financial Management: Managing rent collections, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants
You will also be responsible for:
- Vendor Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors
- Payroll Processing: Processing payroll for maintenance technicians
- Data Entry: Entering data into property management software and other systems
This is a full-time position, and you will work closely with our property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and our tenants receive excellent service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions
- Marketing skills to attract new tenants
- Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing
