
Duty Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to manage various aspects of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide timely support to ensure seamless operations.
- Invoice Management: Process invoices using accounting software with provided training.
- Tenant Communication: Handle email correspondence and coordinate rent increases with tenants.
- Property Viewings: Assist in arranging viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
Work Arrangements:
- Mid-Senior level position.
- Full-time employment is required.
- Previous experience in sales and management is a plus.
