Pioneering Outreach Specialist

About the Role:
  • This role entails optimizing appointment setting processes, refining outreach systems, booking high-quality calls with key decision-makers in service-based B2B companies, and preparing for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires.

You'll begin with a commission-based trial to demonstrate performance and fit. After consistently generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email targeting founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers.
  • Book qualified live calls for our organization using a consultative, problem-led approach.
  • Create and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides.
  • Track and report key performance indicators in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new appointment setters as the team grows.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales, a track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers, proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools, strong cold calling skills, excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication, a self-starter mindset, comfort building processes, and a reliable home setup.
