**Job Opportunity:** Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor to spearhead business development initiatives and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
  • Drive high-volume cold calling and lead generation efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
