Lead Executive Assistant Team Supervisor

This role involves leading, coaching and managing a remote Virtual Assistant team. As an Executive Team Supervisor, you will guide team members to reach their full potential in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive work culture among team members, ensuring each individual understands their goals and has the necessary resources for success.
  • Provide tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs, meeting regularly to discuss performance, set objectives and offer actionable feedback for growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress and identify areas for improvement, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns, mitigating risks and implementing solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Able to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and ability to quickly learn new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
