In this challenging position, you will be responsible for creating evidence to support merchant cases, verifying the accuracy of automated systems, and providing exceptional customer service.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in the financial industry, preferably in chargeback and dispute management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to work on flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
