Lead Architecture Awards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Awards Specialist to lead our award submission efforts. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach to securing top-tier architecture awards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive awards calendar, identifying relevant programs and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and assets.
  • Prepare and manage award submissions, including image curation and narrative development.
  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results.
  • Provide expert advice on photography, presentation, and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winning.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing architecture award submissions.
  • Strong familiarity with major award platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with a focus on architectural storytelling.
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear, engaging language.
  • Comfort working with architects, creatives, and photographers.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in press kits, media relations, or architecture PR.
  • Background in architecture, journalism, or design communications.
