Job Title: Fullstack Software Architect

We're seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our tech team. As a key member of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications that support key business objectives.

This role offers the chance to work on exciting features across the stack, contribute to major architectural decisions, and collaborate with global talent in a dynamic setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex features that directly support business objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.
  • Build scalable web applications and backend services using Node.js (Express or NestJS).
  • Develop frontend interfaces with React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Maintain and optimize backend systems.
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Manage databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write and maintain tests.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.
  • Debug, monitor, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Confident using version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
