Position: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT

Jobsite: Sta. Teresita Sto. Tomas Batangas

Work and Responsibilities


• Work closely with the Controllership Team to resolve all current and prior period reconciling/disputed items in Accounts Receivable


• With the help of Commercial Team, validate and resolve dispute, payment deduction and customer claims (includes payment identification and matching)


• Monitor and escalate dispute, payment deduction and customer claims as needed


• Initiate Credit Memo / Chargeback/ Suggest Write-Offs after reconciliation


• Perform root cause analysis and suggest process improvements to avoid the same moving forward


• Support in SO Release: Computation of overpayment and AR template for special approval

Qualifications:


• Graduate of 4-year Business Course


• With a background/experience on Accounts Receivable reconciliation


• With at least 2 years' experience in handling Accounts Receivable.
