A Customer Care Specialist who joins Us is a frontline member for one of the world's best brands.

Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online payments
  • Providing customer satisfaction and experience
  • Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Participating in training to improve work performance
  • Following TaskUs' policies and keeping information confidential

What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Chargeback Expert?

  • 1 year in Financial industry experience i.e. Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial campaigns.
  • Experience in Chargeback, Disputes, KYC, Sanction Screening or Fraud Analysis is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
