We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and drive business results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve employee engagement, productivity, and development within the company. They will work closely with department leaders to build morale, improve work relationships, and increase productivity.

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve business objectives, employee and prospect engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure that HR processes across all global offices are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess sound cultural fit.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to develop programs to meet key business objectives and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
