Marketing Strategy Director (Luxury Wellness Retreat)

We seek a visionary Marketing Strategy Director to spearhead the launch of a luxurious wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. As the primary architect of our marketing approach, you will build and execute a comprehensive strategy, driving brand awareness and qualified lead generation for off-plan villa sales.

This is an exceptional opportunity to forge your own path, working closely with the founder to shape the vision, create systems, and deliver results that bring this project to life.

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring seamless integration and optimal ROI.
  2. Design and execute targeted online campaigns to attract qualified leads from international markets, emphasizing Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other key regions.
  3. Establish and grow a robust social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, fostering engagement and brand loyalty.
  4. Curate high-quality content, transforming raw video and photo assets into captivating Reels, stories, and posts, as part of a monthly content calendar.
  5. Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on precise targeting of potential investors and villa buyers.
  6. Collaborate on the launch of a new website, showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renderings in a visually stunning and user-friendly manner.
  7. Create and maintain a structured lead qualification system to identify serious investors and facilitate smooth communication.
  8. Prepare regular performance reports on social media and campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with expertise in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Proven background in digital marketing strategy, encompassing social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership, building the marketing foundation from scratch.
  • Proficiency in key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
