The Operations Head will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's restaurant, warehouse, and logistics functions. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective business operations while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Head will manage cross-functional teams, optimize operational workflows, and drive continuous improvements to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, staffing, and customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Support menu planning, inventory control, and supplier management.
  • Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage warehouse processes, including inventory management, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation, accurate tracking, and minimal wastage/losses.
  • Implement safety and security protocols for warehouse facilities.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization.

Logistics Management

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage partnerships with logistics providers and suppliers.
  • Optimize routes, schedules, and fleet utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.

General Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all functions.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate teams across multiple functions to deliver results.
  • Work closely with the Owners/Managing Director on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize operational efficiency
