We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Operations Manager to join our team at ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead and manage a high-performing service desk team, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive team performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business outcomes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service desk team.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement process improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex customer issues.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a call center or BPO industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
