We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Help Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our employees, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, and documenting and tracking technical issues and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
