POSITION: IT SERVICE DESK (L1 & L2 AVAILABLE)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating groups, etc.
  • Log all calls in the Service Desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by the client end user.
  • 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations.
  • Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services.
  • Monitor the number of tickets raised (dial home/email/chat/IMS), ensuring the right solution as per the defined resolution timeframe.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution as per the timeframe defined by the customer.
