The Operations Team Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our virtual assistant team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor VAs' productivity and engagement during shifts.
  • Manage VAs' timekeeping and earnings accurately.
  • Provide service and quoting assistance to VAs.
  • Review VAs' end-of-day reports to allocate tasks effectively.
  • Report trends noticed in VA behavior or performance to the Operations Manager.
  • Coach VAs regarding performance concerns and provide recommendations.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to work on special tasks assigned.
