We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a key member of our IT shared service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to CEVA employees in Mandarin and English.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related service requests, incidents, follow-ups, and escalations. You will provide world-class customer service, basic troubleshooting, and account management services to CEVA employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to resolve employee issues.
  • Evaluate and assign incoming service requests to appropriate support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and SOPs in processing user requests.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting to users seeking assistance.
  • Create, modify, and terminate user access in AD and CEVA Global Applications.
