
Human Resource Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven HR Director to lead our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate global strategy into local implementation by working with the COO to develop and implement integrated HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business strategy and support long-term objectives across all regions.
- Review local HR services, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to support growth, quality excellence, and high standards of delivery with an inexperienced workforce.
- Oversee the implementation of global performance management frameworks and employee development programs to build leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and manage internationally consistent compensation and benefits strategies that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with global standards.
- Ensure global HR operations comply with applicable labor laws and ethical standards while maintaining alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Partner with senior leaders globally to provide insight and direction on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent retention.
- Use HR analytics and KPIs to assess organizational health, support data-informed decisions, and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Develop and implement global employee relations frameworks to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of global DEI initiatives that promote fairness, representation, and belonging.
- Champion a globally inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement, psychological safety, and employee well-being.
- C coordinate with HR leaders and business units across different countries to ensure alignment with global standards while adapting to regional needs and cultural nuances.
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Professional HR certification is highly desirable, and minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role with global or multi-regional responsibility.
- The candidate should have demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives across international locations.
- They should have in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills are required, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and across cultures.

- Fluency in English is required.
