HR Associate Job Summary

  • Prepare Reports: Develop detailed workforce analysis reports to inform business decisions and support strategic planning.

  • Manage Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records in our database to ensure efficient management and compliance.
About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using various formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
