QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, BS in Human Resource or Business-related course, three (3) years HR experience. Knowledge in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Communications and with know-how of Legal matters. As An HR Officer, or Junior Human Resources Associate, is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.
BROAD FUNCTION
ü Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department.
ü Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
ü Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, communication and compensation and Benefits.
ü Maintaining to arrange all the billings concern, internet connection and phones plans.
ü Submit online job posting, shortlisting candidates and schedule job interviews
ü Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
ü Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
§ Proven experience as an HR Officer, or relevant human resources/administrative position
§ Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
§ Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
§ Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
§ Basic knowledge of labor laws
§ Excellent organizational skills
§ Strong communications skills
§ Degree in Human Resources or related field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Ø Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Ø Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Ø Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Ø Coordinate and leading HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Ø Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Ø Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Ø Communicate with public services when necessary
Ø Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Ø Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Ø Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Ø Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
OTHERS:
· Makes sure that all correspondence (letters, purchase order, etc..) that requires the attention of the head office are properly email and original copy sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time.
· Follow proper rules and regulation as set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting and Purchasing Department.
· Attending training/re-orientation when required to do so and inform person concerned when work does not permit for attending such.
