Job Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a diverse skill set in order to support multiple areas of Human Resources throughout the organization.

A strong background in employment law and employee relations is essential as this professional will partner with HR leadership to develop and execute various initiatives both locally and on a global scale.

The role requires effective communication skills, tact, discretion, and judgment to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the HR department locally while rolling out initiatives created at a global level.
  • Provide HR support to global leaders in all areas of Human Resources including recruitment, performance management, benefits & compensation administration, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of management to provide necessary coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing for country-specific hiring.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant area of study, plus 7-10 years' experience in a diverse HR role.
  • Experience working with US companies on a global platform.
  • Strong employee relations background to manage issues on many employment-related topics.
  • Ability to conduct briefings or trainings on various HR topics such as performance management and other development programs.
