Senior Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, focusing on talent acquisition. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies and initiatives that drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans, collaborating with stakeholders to identify top talent and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive efficiencies.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and external partners to align talent efforts with business objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business strategy, challenges, and trends to inform data-driven decisions and optimize operations.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success and growth.

Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of supervisory/lead experience in talent acquisition, human resources generalist roles, or related fields.
  • Recruitment Best Practices: Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to attract top talent within budget constraints.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using technology to drive efficiencies in TA processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform decisions to improve operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
