We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at RecruiterPH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via various communication channels.


Responsibilities:



  • Interact with customers through telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to answer customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Required Skills:



  • Minimum 2 years of college education or high school graduate with 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
  • Ability to work in a 100% phone-based customer interaction environment.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
