Customer Experience Liaison

About the Role: As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide top-notch customer support via various channels
- To resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (voice/non-voice)
- Bachelor's/College graduate of any degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work on weekends and 3 weekdays with flexible scheduling
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of Php21,000 - Php23,000 per month
- The opportunity to work on a 12-month project-based contract
- Equipment provided for remote work
