Site Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury real estate and capable of building strong client relationships to drive sales.

 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to convert inquiries into sales.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-person presentations of projects to walk-in and scheduled clients.
  • Providing detailed information on project features, pricing, and availability.
  • Tailoring presentations to suit client profiles and preferences.

 

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury retail.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Warm, engaging demeanor with a polished and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
