We are in search of a confident and articulate individual who brings both poise and personality to the table. A love for wine, a knack for storytelling, and a flair for client engagement are essential. You'll be part of a team that values excellence, respect, and authenticity—and delivers exceptional service while embodying the spirit of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and enhance wine knowledge through regular tastings and trainings.
Assist customers with wine selection, purchases, and after-sales care.
Deliver personalized client service that reflects the luxury wine experience.
Act as an ambassador of the brand, helping build a loyal customer base.
Support store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and inventory.
Participate in wine academy sessions as a student and/or wine assistant.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Ensure proper upkeep and readiness of the store and all its equipment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-presented, and comfortable engaging high-profile clients
Passion for wine and willingness to continuously learn
Knowledge of major wine-producing regions is an advantage
Experience in sales or F&B/luxury retail is preferred
Business-minded, with attention to detail and a drive for results
Tech-savvy and comfortable using common business software
