About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales business unit, you will play a vital role in executing sales strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies and campaigns by the sales business unit.
  • Ensure sales administration is kept current using the database.
  • Assist the sales business unit with the performance of necessary sales processes using the agreed platform.
  • Assist in the preparation of appropriate product discussions.
  • Deliver consistent customer service levels that exceed client requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and actively listen to their needs.
  • Coordinate company resources and technical support when necessary to best address customer issues/feedback.
  • Follow controls to contribute to the business unit profitability.
  • Seek and communicate market intelligence to the company.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievement for the business unit.
  • Participate in developing the annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary to ensure the success of business unit goals and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Academic degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Materials Science.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Fast-learner with different computer systems is an advantage.

Schedule
