Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Look no further We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

This exciting role will see you responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of field marketing activations, trade merchandising, and digital engagement strategies that drive lead generation and sales conversion. You will lead the Marketing Team and work closely with Sales to bring campaigns to life in project catchment areas.

The ideal candidate must think like a commercial strategist and execute like a creative brand leader, grounded in the sales funnel approach.

  • Develop and execute field activation campaigns to drive foot traffic and qualified leads to project sites nationwide.
  • Create high-impact on-site merchandising plans including key visuals, POP materials, booth setup, and collaterals.
  • Lead the customer journey design both physical and digital per target segment.
  • Spearhead development of creative concepts for marketing touchpoints aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Ensure marketing programs are rooted in sales funnel logic awareness, consideration, intent, conversion.
  • Champion collaboration across sales and digital teams to align content messaging and timing of campaigns.
