Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a remote setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including document new patient and referral intake, managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, and inputting patient information, medical records, and billing data into EMR/EHR systems.

In addition to administrative tasks, the Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with processing insurance claims, verifying patient insurance information, and handling billing inquiries and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices, as well as proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in medical fields or the pharmaceutical-related industry
  • At least 1-year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices
  • Proficient in EHR/EMR systems
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies

This is a remote job with US work hours (20-40 hours per week). The salary package includes up to PHP 39,500 for Entry Level, up to PHP 48,000 for Intermediate Level, and up to PHP 53,000 for Expert Level.
