Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team in implementing programs aimed at addressing labor trafficking and promoting the welfare of migrant workers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to combat labor trafficking
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure service programs promote anti-labor trafficking campaigns
  • Work with the Board to build institutional and grassroots fundraising and ensure organizational sustainability
  • Oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and implementation of customized Financial Policies and Procedures
  • Foster a robust internal staff culture designed to promote staff development, morale, wellness, and retention
Requirements
  • Strong commitment to our mission and Theory of Change
  • Clear and finely honed point of view around Filipino forced migration and labor trafficking of migrant workers
  • Minimum of 5 years of on-the-ground experience as a community organizer
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of staff trust, empowerment, and team development
  • Effective interpersonal skills and genuine comfort working with individuals and groups representing the diversity of our community
  • Ability to work with and develop strong Board leadership
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder
  • Ability to lead and grow the financial health and sustainability of Immigratin Advocatres Network
  • Experience around financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to understand and speak Tagalog
