Job Title

A Proposal Specialist is required to manage and develop comprehensive tender submissions across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee technical experts to create high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proficiency in document formatting tools such as Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines.
