Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, develop, and produce high-quality proposals and pitches for clients, including Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications, statements of work, prospect summaries, and other related documents utilizing templates and a content library.
  • Utilize project management tools such as HubSpot to maintain and update project statuses, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Format documents in Microsoft Word and export to Adobe PDF, adhering to strict formatting guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the proposal development process.
  • Read RFx documents and develop proposals that meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and insights to support proposal content.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the proposal development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to adapt to changing software platforms.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex industry jargon and follow strict formatting guidelines.
  • Skilled in technical writing and research, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
