Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador.
- Provide exceptional customer support via direct chat or phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLA) to guarantee optimal customer experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to effectively approve and review campaigns in a timely manner.
- Prioritize responses to customer tickets based on urgency, complexity, and level of support required.
- Follow up on all missed interactions within 24 hours to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Engage with new customers to facilitate their onboarding process and offer comprehensive solutions to their queries.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and data, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.
