We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and Customer Support Activities:

    • Achieve sales goals and contact center metrics by providing top-notch customer support and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
    • Contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all contact center goals through effective collaboration and problem-solving.
    • Manage all calls in a professional, timely, and appropriate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:

    • Ensure all transactions are performed accurately and meet departmental SLAs, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
    • Enter orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements, demonstrating attention to detail and procedural knowledge.

  • Training and Development:

    • Attend all required trainings and display appropriate knowledge of materials, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Miscellaneous Activities:

    • Assist the Contact Center Team with administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of one year previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results.
Technical Skills:
  • Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry skills, with moderate knowledge of Excel required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
