Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Lead Generation Specialist to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities.

This role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth. The specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously using strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Conduct research and utilise Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) to track and analyse outreach efforts.
  • Track and maintain accurate data entry for lead generation and client information.
  • Liaise effectively with prospects and internal team members through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve outreach performance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and email tracking.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to adapt to repetitive tasks, such as database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to refine processes for efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
  • Background in conducting online research and organising data.
  • Expertise using CRMs and project management tools.
  • Copywriting experience and prior background in a creative environment with knowledge of design processes.
Working Arrangements:
  • This is a full-time permanent position working 45 hours per week.
  • Work from home and collaborate directly with the Creative Director and other internal team members as required.
