Job Summary: We are seeking a Tenant Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents.
This is more than a phone-based role-you're the first line of communication and support, ensuring tenant needs are addressed quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming tenant calls and respond to inquiries about properties, accounts, and rental terms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns, ensuring issues are resolved smoothly.
- Maintain accurate call documentation and ensure issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the right team members.
- Foster positive tenant relationships by maintaining a helpful and reassuring tone.
You'll be a central support figure, connecting residents with fast, effective solutions and working closely with operations and maintenance teams.
Requirements:- Effective Communicator: Warm, soft-spoken, and great at listening-able to calmly handle tenant concerns.
- Organized: Able to stay on top of call documentation and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to follow up with management and ensure issues are addressed without delay.
- Experience: General work experience is required. Experience in call centers, reception, or property management support is a plus.
