About the Role

This role involves serving as the primary contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values clear communication and tenant satisfaction, working closely with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming tenant calls and inquiries about properties, accounts, and rental terms.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
  • Accurately document all call details and ensure issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the right team members.
  • Maintain a helpful and reassuring tone to support positive tenant relationships.
About You
  • An empathetic communicator with a warm approach, able to calmly handle tenant concerns.
  • Organized and able to stay on top of call documentation and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.
  • Proactive and takes initiative to follow up with management and ensure issues are addressed without delay.
  • General work experience is required; experience in call centers, reception, or property management support is beneficial but not necessary.
