About the Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from tenants and respond to their questions about properties and rental terms.
  • Provide regular updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure issues are passed to the right team members.
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants by being empathetic and responsive to their needs.

About You

  • You should be an effective communicator with excellent listening skills.
  • You must be organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • You should be proactive in seeking solutions to problems and taking initiative to address issues promptly.
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management is beneficial but not required.
